I've been a follower of Judith Herman since engaging in trauma informed care. This is a really good resource for professionals entering the world of trauma work. I really enjoyed the history of TRGs.

Althought I don't plan on running trauma groups I thought this was an effective tool to assist Counselors in working w/ trauma situations. I would recommend this book.
