This book is one of the best i've seen when it comes to Medical Surgical Nursing. It gives you the definition and why it happened, the prognosis, treatment, hallmark signs and sypmtpoms, tests, nursing diagnoses, and the nursing interventions. Very good to prepare for clinicals and when writing care plans, best of all it is easy to understand and simple, not long like the usual Med-Surg books. I recommend this to use before clinicals and when reviewing for exams.By E. Garcia
