Unless this work book is required for a class you are taking, I wouldn't recommend: it's just tedious. I would recommend the Hartman's text that this workbook accompanies, along with the "Exam Cram" CNA prep book. The "Exam Cram" was the most useful, but the Hartman's had additional need-to-know basics, and the Hartman's text is also a good resource to keep on hand when you are a working CNA.
