Just a warning, you can use this DVD only on one computer. The reasoning is that each NRP instructor needs to purchase the DVD for themselves and not share it with other instructors. They can then use the DVD in class to show how the debriefing works for the new NRP class.
So, only buy it from a non-NRP site if it is new and unopened.

This is a terrific teaching tool and includes the recent changes made on how to instruct NRP. Let me just say that I am a fan of getting a good deal and buying used whenever possible. However, be forewarned that when you purchase the NRP instructor DVD new, there is an activation code on the inside of the jacket. This can be used by one person only, and when you load it onto a computer, that is the ONLY computer it can be loaded onto. It will not play on any other computer once you have used the activation code that first time. I recently took an NRP instructor course, and the NNP teaching the class had loaded the disc on her personal laptop at home the night before to view it before the class. The next day, she tried to load the disc onto a fellow instructor's laptop she had brought with her and it would not play. The second instructor had her own new copy of the DVD, and loaded it onto her own laptop right then and there. Sure enough, there was a warning about where you choose to load it! I know it stinks...maybe it's a way for the AAP to make more money by not allowing groups of people (like a group of NRP instructors in our hospital)to share a common disc? Just want people out there to know that if you buy a used disc it will be worthless...and a waste of your time and money!
