As a 1st year nursing student taking health assessment, I found this book really helpful. It had great pictures that tells you how and where to assess certain parts of the body. It also has some explanations that go along with what is being done. I think, though, that it is extremely simplified, but for a beginning practitioner, you can't go wrong with this book. It really helps you visualize what you should be doing.By LY
