I'm so happy I ordered this book. I'm new to critical care nursing in a consortium and this book has better explained things and helped to tie it all together from the lectures. If you have been out of school for a while the A&P reviews of systems at the beginning of the chapters are to the point, short but with enough info to jog your memory.

This book is not for the novice. It has a lot of good information but is not well organized. It also presumes you already have a basic knowledge about caring for critically ill patients.
