These manuals provide a practical structure for thinking about the treatment planning process, although will likely need some tweeking to fit your own clinical needs. The I found the interventions listed a bit too detailed for most tx plans, but still a good model for those who need some help with how to descibe what they do. I found it to be an excellent training tool for those new to the necessity of writing well organized plans. A thoughtful use of this material should please any regulatory agency.
