The hardcover edition has useful pain diagrams at the beginning of each section. These are absent from the kindle edition. Because the sample doesn't include any of the main sections, there is no way to know this without purchasing. Also I didn't see the CD content available with the kindle edition. Otherwise, it is nice to have this excellent text on kindle/iPad.By Amy E Burns
This book is an essential resource for any office. As a pediatrician I use this book at least once or twice a week. It's biggest competition is Up-To-Date but I find this easier to navigate and less ambiguous in regards to treatment/splinting/casting options.By A
