This book offers a great deal of information on addressing cultural competence and diversity in the healthcare setting.By Back to School
I am half way through the book and especially appreciated the section on providing diversity training for all staff, not just healthcare workers.
This is a well written book and introduces multiple theories in a well organized and very understandable manner. I would definitely recommend it as a learning, training and future reference tool.
