The book was not written in a fashion to make it easy to read. It felt like I was reading a technical manual rather than informative textbook. In some instances, if felt like the information did not apply to the subject. In other areas, it was written in such a way that the point was not clear.

This was a required text for a graduate class I took. It is a great compilation of works from various authors in the field and covers the main & current topics of Human Factors. All of the chapters are written as all peer reviewed articles are. This is perfect for continued research, as the references are included at the end of each chapter. This always helps the beginning research steps when searching for sources to write that term paper.
